What counts as a driver?
Anyone who works a route on a tablet. Dispatchers, office staff, whoever does the books, anybody you hand a read-only login to: none of them count. You're paying for the people in the trucks.
We only run two trucks — does the three driver minimum still apply?
It does. Three is where the plan starts whether you're running two trucks or three. Start the trial anyway and see whether it earns its keep at that price. If it's close, email us.
Can we drop drivers for the off season?
Yes. Change the count when your season changes and the next invoice follows it. Three is as low as it goes.
How do the card and ACH fees work?
Card runs 4.4% plus 30c. ACH is 2.3% and caps at $50, which is what matters on the big ones. Either way it comes out of the payment itself when your customer pays, and the rest lands in your own bank account.
What happens at the end of the trial?
We email you before it runs out. Add a card and nothing changes. Don't, and your data still isn't going anywhere — you can export the whole thing whenever you want.
